Daycares/Pre-Schools
Our Daycare and Pre-K sessions use creative and engaging games to develop essential motor skills, body awareness, and social interaction. Through activities like running, jumping, and throwing, children build coordination, confidence, and teamwork. We also emphasize good sportsmanship and respect, essential for shaping well-rounded individuals who value fair play, empathy, and teamwork—skills that go beyond the game and enrich all areas of life.
After-School
In our after school sessions, kids engage in exciting games and activities within a structured and supportive environment, where they can develop new skills, form lasting friendships, and have tons of fun! Activities include basketball, gaga ball, tag games, jump rope, 9 Square in the Air, and much more!
Kitchen Explorers
Give your child the chance to explore the kitchen in a fun, hands-on way! In this class, young chefs will learn how to prepare simple, healthy snacks while discovering new flavors from a variety of foods. From colorful fruits and veggies to creative twists on classic favorites, kids will build confidence in the kitchen and excitement about trying nutritious options. Each class combines cooking skills, taste-testing, and a sprinkle of food fun to inspire lifelong healthy habits!
Summer Camps/Track Out
If you want your kids to stay active during school breaks then our camps are for you. Each day we will play exciting games in a structured, supervised program designed to enhance athletic skills, promote teamwork, and foster a love for physical activity through a combination of training, games, and recreational activities.
